Payment is required before your report is generated. Your report is produced only after the payment provider confirms payment and you complete the intake. Reports are delivered only in your account: sign in and return to My Roadmap to open yours. No report-ready email is sent.
All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If your paid report is not delivered, or is materially defective (for example, empty or clearly not based on the information you entered), email innovateprogress@gmail.com with your account email and order reference. We will review the request and, as appropriate, correct the report or issue a refund.
If an order is refunded, access to its report in your portal ends.
Nothing in this policy limits or waives any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
